Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Services Coordinator to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the office runs smoothly by managing conference room bookings and office allocations. This position also includes acting as a backup receptionist and supporting various administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conference Room Management: Schedule and coordinate bookings for conference rooms and office spaces, ensuring all needs are met for internal and external meetings.
- Reception Support: Provide backup reception coverage, greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties, including managing office supplies, filing, and documentation as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and staff to facilitate seamless operations within the firm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
- Previous experience in a client services or administrative role, preferably in a professional environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide exceptional service to clients and colleagues.
