A top law firm in LA is seeking an Operations Manager for their office. The operations manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and compliance functions of a top law firm, ensuring all processes run efficiently and meet regulatory requirements. As a key member of a small team, the Operations Manager will manage finance, marketing, IT, and customer service functions. This role requires identifying opportunities for process automation, developing reporting systems, and integrating AI to improve workflow. Additionally, the Operations Manager will oversee vendor applications, manage compliance with education providers, and support the team in implementing best practices in operations and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
