The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner to business units, helping align HR initiatives with business goals. The HRBP will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, HR expertise, and the ability to drive change across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of HR experience.
- PHR or SPHR preferred.
