Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a prestigious Am Law 200 firm in its search for a Litigation Docketing Specialist to support its growing litigation practice group. This is a direct hire, hybrid role and work location can be out of any of the Firm’s office locations (Baltimore; Boston; Philadelphia; Chicago; Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Los Angeles; Miami; Minneapolis; New York; Newark; Orange County, CA; Pittsburgh; DC; West Palm Beach, FL; or Wilmington, DE).

Requirements of the Litigation Docketing Specialist:
- At least 5 years of litigation docketing experience either in a law firm or in-house legal department setting.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred (extensive docketing experience will be considered in place of educational preferences).
- Experience using docketing software such as e-Dockets, CompuLaw, or CourtAlert.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally with all levels of firm personnel, in a hybrid environment.
- Ability to work in demanding, fast-paced environment and strong time management skills.
- Ability to shift priorities and excellent planning and troubleshooting skills.
- Participation in professional organizations with focus on docketing industry trends.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Litigation Docketing Specialist:
- Engage in docketing process, monitoring docketing inboxes, and coordinating with team members as needed.
- Review and analyze docketing requests and accurately calculate critical dates and related deadlines.
- Research dates when needed.
- Update existing docket entries and perform necessary quality control.
- Generate and distribute docketing reports.
- Maintain current knowledge of Federal, State, and local rules of civil procedure.
- Provide ongoing support to attorneys and support staff.
- Effectively engage in virtual meetings and training sessions, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Work independently and with docketing team members.
- Other duties, as needed.
The Litigation Docketing Specialist will be responsible for the offices to which they are assigned and will provide backup coverage as needed firm wide.
Work must be performed in a professional hybrid office setting and requirements include:
- Ability to remain in stationary position for long periods of time (Working at a computer).
- Repetitive movement (computer and keyboard use).
- Occasional lifting (files, copy paper, etc.).

Salary Range: $65-90k, commensurate with experience.
