Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of litigation cases from inception to resolution, focusing on insurance defense.
- Advocate for clients in court and develop legal strategies that effectively resolve disputes.
- Prepare legal documents, briefs, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent service and clear communication.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to negotiate settlements and contracts that best represent clients' interests.
- Participate in mediations, depositions, and other litigation activities to ensure comprehensive case management.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense preferred.
- Strong legal knowledge and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- No trial experience required, but trial preparation or courtroom exposure is a plus.
Salary: $125,000 to $140,000, depending on experience.
