POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the go-to-market (GTM) process for new products at 10X Health, from conception to post-launch optimization. The role requires managing product lifecycle activities, developing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless e-commerce integration across platforms like Shopify. A key focus will be to improve time-to-market efficiency, increase brand visibility, and align with regulatory compliance requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and technology, to drive product success across digital channels.

OBJECTIVES
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new products, including conceptualization, product formulation, launch strategy, and post-launch analysis.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery and consistent execution.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audiences.
- Execute campaigns to build product awareness, drive sales, and strengthen brand visibility.
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral including product descriptions, landing pages, banners, and promotional materials.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage the seamless integration of new products into the Shopify store, ensuring accurate product data, proper formatting, and the inclusion of all necessary assets.
- Collaborate with technology and design teams to optimize user experience on the platform.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing materials and strategies meet industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee the approval process with minimal rounds of revision from the regulatory teams.
- Collaborate with the technology team to ensure smooth integration and alignment with platforms such as Shopify and Salesforce.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with broader company objectives.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Provide post-launch performance reports and suggest iterations based on findings.
COMPETENCIES
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept through post-launch.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, and experience integrating products into these platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for marketing automation and tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive results.
- Experience in content creation, with an eye for detail in developing high-quality marketing assets.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in marketing, particularly in the health and wellness sector.
- Experience working with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing materials comply with relevant laws.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on health and wellness or e-commerce industries.
- Proven track record of leading product launches and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and CRM systems (Salesforce) is essential.
