A local manufacturing company in the aerospace/defense space is looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team east of the Raleigh area!
This is an incredible opportunity to manage a cross functional engineering team and lead design and development of all mechanical & electromechanical components on site.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Working experience in the aerospace and/or defense manufacturing space
- Experience working directly with external customers
- Experience leading a multi-disciplined engineering team with a demonstrated ability to drive action
