About the Role - The position Order Fulfillment Coordinator II is in the Equipment Planning Group (EPG) with a focus on assisting strategic planners to execute orders while working closely with project managers and sales agents. This position will be a liaison between Sales and Operations – ensuring continuous communication and support through the order process from order placement to fulfillment. Analyzing orders for accuracy and availability, covering item shortages with substitutions or securing sub rentals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Daily tasks are location specific for this role
- Review orders in the rental system with project manager to ensure accuracy for fulfillment
- Review orders and subrentals to ensure timely returns
- Overview of Order Fulfillment Coordinator I and assign tasks as required
- Review orders within the next 14 days to identify equipment shortages or logistical challenges and work with strategic planners for successful fulfillment
- Review Reserved Quotes on a weekly basis in your location and communicate with PMs/Sales to confirm
- Cover order shortages by substitution, transfer of Fuse owned equipment, or secure subrental
- Negotiate with vendors to establish best pricing for sub rented equipment
- Create and manage POs, and direct Coordinator I for administrative support as needed
- Consistent communication with operations for successful execution of all orders/transfers
- Works with logistics to assure best freight practices
- Increase proficiency in the inventory management system (RentalWorks)
- Participate in equipment planning meetings, weekly and by location
- Other projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications: Analyzing Information, Documentation Skills, Computer Skills, Communication Skills, Ability to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in Audio Visual- rental or project management experience is a must
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, and organization skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy and patience required
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds

Physical Requirements: Required to stand, walk and sit; see, talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Long periods of working at a computer and viewing one or more screens.
