Responsible for providing support to the title team by completing assigned administrative duties such as opening title mail, scanning loan documents and placing follow-up calls to customers, Agents, and/or DMV offices. Files assigned and perfected titles on a daily basis. Provides support to the Collection area by pulling titles on loans that are in a repossession or delinquent status.
- Places outbound calls to customers, Agents, and/or state DMV offices in an effort to obtain required titling documents and/or lien information.
- Sorts and distributes all incoming mail received in the title area.
- Scans and indexes loan documents.
- Provides support to the collection area by pulling titles on loans in a delinquent or in repossession status.
- Files and/or distributes incoming original titles to the title staff.
Education and Experience:
- Two years title processing experience required.
- Experience in title release, and preferable someone with Texas title knowledge.
- Two years customer service experience, preferably in a banking environment.
