Marcum Search has been retained by a top national law firm to assist in their search for a litigation assistant for their west Los Angeles office. The role will be assisting 4-7 attorneys. This is a great opportunity to get in with a fantastic law firm. This is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days per week in office with 1-2 work from home days.
Requirements:
-3-5+ years' civil litigation assistant experience from a mid-sized to large law firm (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF THE MAJORITY OF YOUR EXPERIENCE IS FROM A FIRM OF FIVE ATTORNEYS OR LESS)
-Proficiency with California state and federal court filing;
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2016 or later;
-Must be a team player;
-Ability to quickly learn new software programs;
-Must be extremely detail oriented;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary:
$85-$100,000, DOE
