KP Staffing is seeking a motivated and experienced On-site Recruiting Manager to lead our Memphis On-site team. Salary & Benefits:
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Work Schedule:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Overtime: As needed, particularly during peak business periods or for employee check-ins
Responsibilities:
- Establish Office Infrastructure: Set up the physical and operational infrastructure of the new on-site office, ensuring all necessary resources and systems are in place for functional operations.
- Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, hire, and train new staff, fostering a team culture that aligns with KP Staffing’s values. Lead by example to inspire performance and dedication among team members.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize office productivity and profitability.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all office activities comply with legal and corporate standards. Implement best practices in human resources and operational management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Must have previous staffing experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office, CRM, ATS, strong typing and writing skills.
- Personal Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, strong multitasking, and organizational capabilities.
- Team Orientation: Desire to work collaboratively in a dynamic and motivated team environment aimed at company growth and success.
