Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect with a minimum of 7+ years of expertise, specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP solutions and related technologies. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining HCM/ERP solutions using Oracle Cloud.
Key Requirements (7+ years):
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP solutions, including Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Core Java, JavaScript, and Java Webservice concepts (SOAP and REST).
- Proven experience as a solution architect.
- Ability to work independently with effective multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving and logical-reasoning abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills:
- Hands-on experience in large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP implementations.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.
- Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion applications HCM and ERP.
- Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and VBCS concepts.
- Expertise in Oracle HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI, OTBI reports, and HCM conversions.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP FBDI templates and loading processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Seven years of progressive programming and applications analysis experience, including integrated database system design and maintenance.
- U.S. Citizenship or Green card required.
