Senior Business Analyst
Location: Frisco, TX -- Hybrid (Onsite Mon-Thurs, Remote Fridays)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as a bridge between our business users and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are addressed before implementing technical solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will focus on aligning business strategy with IT strategy, improving business processes, and facilitating the successful implementation of new systems or system modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive view of business processes, strategy, and technology.
- Recommend business process re-engineering to senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze and correlate business data to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct needs assessments and manage new systems implementations or system enhancements.
- Define project milestones, form project teams, and manage project budgets.
- Create and modify policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Conduct testing to ensure system functionality and accuracy.
- Provide ongoing support for software solutions and collaborate with teams to optimize forecasting, demand planning, and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and across multiple teams.
