We are looking for a dedicated and experienced MS Dynamics F&O Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions to meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Dynamics F&O implementations.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications to align with business processes.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for system use and integration.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance meet expectations.
- Assist in data migration and ensure data integrity throughout the implementation process.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support to enhance user experience and system adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics F&O applications.
- Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
