National Law Firm is recruiting for a Litigation Paralegal with 2+ years of commercial litigation experience to join the San Francisco office. The paralegal performs functions assisting case teams at every stage of the litigation process (pleading, factual and expert discovery, mediation, arbitration, pre-trial, trial and post-trial/appellate stages). The projects range from case material compilation for attorney review to participation at trial.
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of substantive commercial litigation experience within a law firm required. Experience with review tools such as Relativity, TextMap, and other share filing related software is required. Trial experience is required for this role.
