Overview:
Rosner Resources has partnered with a high-growth marketing firm seeking an HR Recruiter. Duties will include creating & maintaining job descriptions, posting open positions, screening qualified candidates, and conducting interviews. Other responsibilities include onboarding new-hires, benefits administration, and collaborating with hiring managers.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
-Minimum 3+ years prior full life cycle recruiting experience within HR department
-Prior recruitment experience at all organizational levels
-Track record of meeting hiring deadlines
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Excel
-Advanced knowledge of candidate sourcing, networking, and communication tools
-Knowledge of HR compliance and state/federal employment laws
-Superior attention to detail
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches, and lead recruiting activities
-Experience maintaining confidentiality of HR records
Education Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree
