Senior CMMS Planner
Remote with 25% domestic travel
Salary Range: $90k - $115k
Overview: We are seeking a Senior Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Planner with experience in maintenance planning and asset management to oversee a team of CMMS Planners.
Must Haves / Mandatory:
- 5+ plus years of experience in maintenance planning and asset management
- High proficiency in CMMS
- Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel usage (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Nice to Have / Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Experience rolling out a new CMMS systems
- Certification in maintenance planning or asset management
Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance planning, asset management, and auditing maintenance activities
- Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Project management skills and experience using data to drive improvements
- Training, coaching, and managing a team of planners across multiple sites
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a network-level SME on CMMS software, training & supporting local CMMS Planners
- Drive standards roll-out initiatives and participate in global projects
- Implement new CMMS functionalities, procedures, scheduling, and reporting, ensuring compliance through audits
- Analyze preventative maintenance routines & compile equipment performance metrics
- Develop maintenance tasks for all equipment and assets, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, asset performance, costs for management review
