They're currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to join the team and lead the construction of clubhouses for our residential communities.
Job Description: They're looking for a skilled and motivated Superintendent with a proven track record in clubhouse construction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clubhouse projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of clubhouse construction projects, from initial planning to final inspection.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in clubhouse or similar construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
