Job Title: ITLS Technician
Location: San Mateo, CA area - generally 1 site per week, possibly more or less based on client
(travel time and mileage will be paid)
Hours: Mostly after business hours, some business hours. This is project based work and is sporadic, some weeks will be 40 hours some weeks will be 0 hours. They need someone extremely flexible.
Duration: 12+ Months
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Summary
As an entry-level IT Lifecycle Services (ITLS) Technician, you will support the configuration and deployment of IT assets in collaboration with the Lead Configuration Technician. This role is essential for ensuring efficient asset management and providing field support for various projects.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with configuration technicians to fulfill deployment orders accurately.
- Assist with all Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) depot processes, including receiving, inspecting, cleaning, and managing inventory.
- Unbox and re-box equipment as part of the configuration process.
- Contribute to departmental cleanliness and organization.
- Provide on-site support at customer locations as needed for various projects.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
