Appointment Setter – Remote (Way Financial)
Hourly Position – $25/hour + Bonus Potential
Way Financial is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. As we ramp up our marketing efforts, including workshops, seminars, and social media initiatives, we need someone who can manage follow-up with leads and help confirm appointments for our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential leads generated from workshops, seminars, and social media marketing campaigns.
- Assist with follow-up communication, ensuring leads are nurtured through our drip system.
- Set and confirm appointments with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and follow-up activity within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting.
- Basic understanding of HubSpot CRM.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to meet a minimum of 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Bonus-driven: $100 incentive for appointments set.
Compensation:
- $25/hour with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- $100 bonus for each confirmed appointment set.
