Title: ServiceNow Developer / Admin
Seeking a well-rounded ServiceNow SME with experience in developing catalog items, managing workflows, ensuring system health, and supporting users within a ServiceNow environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop & implement catalog items, including workflows, user interfaces, and automation.
- Ensure catalog items are user-friendly, well-documented, and follow best practices for design & usability.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective catalog solutions.
- Oversee the health & performance of the ServiceNow instance, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to catalog items, workflows, and instance performance.
- Perform testing & validation before major releases and instance upgrades.
- Create & maintain technical documentation for all custom developments, configurations, and processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators as required.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement within the instance and propose solutions.
