VOYlegal is working with a well-established, full-service law firm with offices in New Jersey and New York City is seeking an Immigration Partner. This unique opportunity involves taking over an existing client base, with no portable business required. The attorney can sit in either the New Jersey or New York office and the firm has a hybrid WFH policy in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent mid-sized and large businesses, corporations, hospitals, and universities.
- Handle visa and work authorization matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, P-3, and PERM applications.
- Work closely with clients to ensure their immigration needs are met efficiently and effectively.
