DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Dry Pretreatment with Plasma
- Work with physical Vapor Deposition (Ti thin film deposition on Glass & Cu thin film deposition on Ti)
- Oversee adhesion improvement process development
- Assess Heat Treatment under noble inert gas atmosphere after PVD
- Supervise Dry Etching (Ultra small diameter plasma drilling on ABF)
- Manage Dry Process Tool Maintenance (including target change & prevention maintenance)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong technical expertise in PVD equipment, process, and materials.
- Excellent engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills related to PVD process.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical process control (SPC) methods.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
QUALITIFICATIONS:
- In-depth technical knowledge of relevant process and industry
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or science (Physics, material science, electrical engineering)
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 + years of experience in the industry with a focus on PVD processes
