Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients, is seeking a highly skilled Remote Principal Systems Engineer with expertise in OpenShift, DevOps, and F5. This position requires an adaptable, self-driven individual who can provide high-level technical and operational support for our cloud-native infrastructure. As an integral member of the team, you will manage complex systems, ensure seamless integration and performance, and support ongoing updates across the cloud environment.

What the right candidate will have:
- Extensive experience with OpenShift: Proven ability to architect, manage, and optimize OpenShift environments, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Expertise in F5 load balancing: Deep knowledge of F5 configurations and its role in managing application traffic and ensuring security and performance.
- Cloud-native system engineering: Experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native solutions, including server management, security, and automation.
- Infrastructure automation: Strong background in developing automation scripts for monitoring system health, patch management, and security updates.
- Server administration & network configuration: Advanced proficiency in configuring and maintaining complex server systems, with a focus on reliability and optimization.
- Backup & disaster recovery: Experience designing and implementing comprehensive disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and uptime.
