Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Primary Technical Liaison for Customer Service Requests
- Perform Both On-Site and Remote Work Supporting Customer Needs
- Train Clients to Help Them Get the Most out of New Equipment & Software
- Document all Customer Activity & Note in the CRM
- Address all Customer Needs: Including Annual Maintenance, Scheduled Service, and Emergency Interventions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ Years of Technical Support Experience, Preferably in the Pharmaceutical or a Related Industry
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in (Information Technology, Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy)
- Certifications, Training, or Experience in Pharmaceutical Packaging, CRM systems, or Customer Service, or Account Management
- Valid Drivers License
- Willing & Able to Travel 50% to Visit Clients
