Our client is a top 100 Am Law firm, their Employment & Labor group is seeking a talented Attorney with 3 - 5 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, has a strong academic background, and is experienced in wage/hour class actions, traditional labor law, and handling matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Education and Experience:
- Excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to practice in California (Admission to the CA bar is required).
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills
- Accurate and strong attention to detail
- High level of organization
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and people.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $240,000 to $305,000 per year, depending on factors such as experience, education, and overall qualifications.
