General Summary of Position:
The Product Manager will report to the Director of Product Management. In this role, the Associate will work across our aesthetic product portfolio. They will need strong research skills to help with clinical studies, set vision and marketing strategy, define success measurements, and make good decisions. This role will be an integral liaison between our marketing, sales, and engineering teams. They will lead with a customer-first approach, evolving an end-to-end customer journey that focuses on usability and profitability, creating both a physician and consumer journey that drives business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead product development from concept to production, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Conduct market and user research to drive product innovation and meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product positioning and sales strategies.
- Coordinate product releases and timelines while aligning with corporate strategy.
- Stay updated on competitors' activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive product success.
- Serve as a Product Manager, working closely with other team members to further current and future product portfolio projects.
- Help drive successful product development processes from concept through production and sustain continuous improvements.
- Understand physician, customer, and user needs to define product requirements and identify new aesthetic trends.
- Work with the R&D and marketing teams to help define, track and test end-user success stories to aid in developing product and sale positioning.
- Help Coordinate releases, develop timelines, and oversee the development of new product concepts.
- Become an expert on our technologies and be able to integrate that knowledge into corporate strategy.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with peers, customers, physicians, and business partners.
- Stay up to date on our competitors
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience working in an innovative Product Management role.
- Clinical study experience/background is a plus.
- Successful track record of taking product ideas from conception and research through launch and product maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in product ownership and helping lead development ideas
- Experience working within cross-functional teams in a rapidly evolving product development environment.
- Strong technical aptitude, highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively interact with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or related software.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
