Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborating with the leader on departmental strategy, setting goals, and developing action plans.
- Project Management:
- Overseeing critical projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the leaders vision.
- Communication Liaison:
- Acting as the primary point of contact, managing internal and external communications.
- Meeting & Information Management:
- Preparing agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings; managing the information flow. - Decision Support: Providing research, analysis, and recommendations to on key decisions.
- Team Coordination:
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between other departments or stakeholders.
- Special Projects:
- Taking on ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by the leader.
- Culture Carrier:
- Reinforcing the vision, values, and culture within the organization.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: Project management, Telecom domain, Strategic initiatives .
