Liberty Healthcare seeks qualified candidates for a potential new Executive Director position which will lead a statewide adult protective services program in Indiana.
The goal of this program will be to mitigate or eliminate imminent risk of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment of people who are living disabilities.
This is a preliminary hiring campaign related to the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration’s recent issuance of a request for proposals for an organization to staff and operate this program, for which Liberty intends to respond.
Program objectives will include:
- Intake screening, processing and management of a high volume of reports
- Timely completion of a significant number of face-to-face investigations in communities throughout Indiana
- Determining imminent danger and coordinating emergency protective services
- Completing service plans and securing legal counsel
- Data management and reporting

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:
- Successful track record of leading largescale human service programs
- Experience managing services using data, benchmarking, and best practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
This is a hybrid position which will allow you to primarily work from home and also require periodic travel throughout Indiana . Residency in Indiana is required.
