Responsibilities
Resolve client account issues through detailed conversations.
Spend 90% of the day on calls, with 10% for documentation and training.
Negotiate benefits of maintaining current account status.
Follow management schedules for breaks and lunches.
Perform moderate procedures, analysis, and reporting with limited instructions.
Cover various banking roles (credit cards, retail banking, etc.).
Handle moderate issues per established guidelines and refer complex problems.
Conduct regular reporting and analysis.
Recommend solutions for routine problems.
Maintain proficiency under moderate supervision.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in an operations role.
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Moderate knowledge of payment delivery channels (OLDS, Lockbox, ACH, wires).
Proven accuracy in handling high transaction volumes.
Pay
Base hourly rate: $18 to $21, depending on location and experience.
