- 2+ year of technical support experience
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Experience using a ticketing system
Plusses:
- A+ or Network + certification

Day to day:
My client, which is a reputable global law firm, is currently looking for a full time Helpdesk Support Specialist to help in either the Doral or Phoenix area. This will be a full time position, providing support for attorneys and business staff in a 24x7 call center environment. The main responsibility of this employee is to help individuals resolve complex technical issues both via phone and email. With 40-60 requests coming in daily, it is important that this individual is highly productive, able to balance priorities and meet productivity measures. In addition, with representing the law firm, they are expected to have exceptional customer service skills including the ability to convey highly technical information in an easy to understand/non-technical way.
