Regulatory Compliance Specialist – Lafayette, IN - $60k - $75k/year
Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to lead and manage investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations, and Subaru policies. This role is responsible for tracking and analyzing compliance risks and trends across the organization, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective compliance investigation strategies and processes to address violations of laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct thorough investigations into fraud, abuse, and compliance issues, providing objective analysis and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, Risk Management, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to mitigate compliance risks and ensure proper resolution of investigations.
- Lead full-cycle investigations, from initial reports to corrective actions, while monitoring compliance and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Prepare and present detailed investigation reports to the Executive Compliance Committee, senior leadership, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide compliance training and guidance to employees, promoting a culture of ethical behavior and accountability.
- Analyze compliance data to identify trends, benchmark against key metrics, and offer recommendations for process improvement.
- Assist with spot audits and compliance monitoring initiatives to ensure ongoing adherence to regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 4+ years of experience in compliance, investigations, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance investigation best practices
