Our client is seeking an experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish) Vice President Human Resources Manager to join their leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Banking Industry Experience (required)
- Proven track record in organizational development, strategic planning, and career growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM certification preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on leadership roles and strategic HR management.
