POSITION
Full-Time, Salaried, Performance-Based Bonus
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
Required 4 days per week in the office (Mon-Thu).
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team during a pivotal stage in our company's growth. This role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and play an important part in implementing our revenue growth strategy. The ideal candidate should bring a strategic mindset paired with a proven track record of operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Growth Planning and Management
- Create a strategic growth roadmap to expand Conventus’ geographic footprint, including plan to grow sales team in key markets
- Build and execute a methodical and repeatable process for entering new markets
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities, fostering long-term growth and mutual success
- Manage and enhance project prioritization with client-centric vision
- Manage company-wide Revenue Growth Strategy Forum
Sales Enablement
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize sales efforts and drive new client growth
- Support new product development and enhancements to meet client demand
- Define and communicate clear value propositions and competitive advantages for all product sets
Deliver Best-In-Class Client Service Experience
- Collaborate and ideate on how to continuously improve on our best-in-class client experience, including creating a programmatic way to understand the client journey and building a feedback loop to ensure we are constantly delighting our clients
- Create initiatives to improve client experience and engagement
- Partner with Operations to drive best-in-class client service across client journey
Data and Intelligence
- Collaborate with teams to enhance CRM capabilities
- Develop strategies to leverage data and analytics to enhance lead generation and improve client experience
- Develop performance metrics and reporting to drive accountability for growth objectives
- Develop, implement and distribute sales forecasts and related budget expectations

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
