The Technical Business Analyst with POS experience will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of POS systems and their integration with broader technology environments. This role involves analyzing business needs, defining technical specifications, configuring POS systems, and ensuring they operate efficiently to support business objectives.

Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to POS systems.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop detailed technical specifications based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system designs, workflows, and integration diagrams.
- Configure and customize POS systems to align with business processes.
- Oversee the integration of POS systems with other enterprise applications, such as ERP, CRM, and inventory management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Proven experience in configuring, supporting, and integrating POS systems.
- Proficiency in POS software and hardware, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with POS system integration and data management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Attention to detail in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
