Direct hire opening! Our Dallas customer is looking for a Commercial Collateral Specialist to work on their team. You will work with several types of commercial loans to ensure covenant compliance. Other major duties include tracking documents and requesting updated tax payments, insurance certificates and reading funding loan file agreements. Imaging documents & uploading them into the loan system and creating reminders must be done with accuracy and thoroughly. Candidates should understand the UCC and communicate with the team on issues.
