Job Title: Mid to Senior Litigation Associate

Job Description:
LHH Legal is working with an AmLaw firm in its search for a talented Mid to Senior level litigation Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in litigation who is looking to advance their career in a collaborative and supportive environment. While previous class action litigation experience is preferred, it is not necessary for candidates with a sincere interest in this area of law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation and class action matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to advance case objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex legal issues proactively.
- Manage competing deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and foster client relationships.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 3 or more years of litigation experience.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A business and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on client service.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
