Responsibilities:
- Lead the renewal process for existing clients, identify and apply necessary changes, and follow through the renewal process to ensure successful retention and generation of additional business for the Agency
- Review, process, and invoice policies and endorsements ensuring accuracy
- File insurance coverage and organize files
- Pursue best possible customer experience and retention
- Constantly engage in professional self-advancement through continuous education, participation in related webinars, and self-paced curriculums for technical skills
- Conduct periodic service calls for designated accounts
- Support Producers in special projects
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- P & C Insurance license is required
- Work experience in insurance or risk management organization
- Intermediate to advanced Office 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint - tests will be given)
- Accuracy and attention to details
Preferred skills: multilingual in Spanish, Chinese, Ukrainian, Romanian, or Russian
