A Top 100 AM Law Firm is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate with 3-5 years of experience.
This position is available in the firm’s LA or Oakland office. The role can be remote, hybrid or in- office.
- The ideal candidate will have:3-5 years of experience in all major areas of employment law, including wage and hour, discrimination and retaliation, leave, workplace safety and restrictive covenants.
- The ability to advise clients on day to day employment issues and be able to provide guidance and strategy to clients quickly.
- Juris Doctor
- Admission to the California bar
The yearly salary range for this position is $215 000- $245 000
