Our client is looking for a Landscape Architect to be responsible for project management which will include coordination with the clients, design team, permitting jurisdiction and contractors, design (schematic, design development and construction level), preparation of construction plans including planting and hardscape plans and details, specifications, reports, studies, cost estimates and permit applications.
This position will be supporting projects like: design of communities, parks, streetscapes, and other similar projects.

Job Duties:
- Master planning through detailed design activities as both a project manager and project contributor.
- Mentoring and technical oversight of junior and mid-level staff.
- Business development activities including but not limited to networking, preparation of proposals, interviewing, and negotiating fees.
- Preparation/review of deliverables including reports, cost estimates, renderings, plans and specifications.
- Miscellaneous tasks as required to assist the project team.
