The Military Division of Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for an Electrical/Maintenance Technician for their Crawfordsville IN facility. Strong plant maintenance, mechanics, electrical and/or installation experience will give you a huge advantage over other candidates!
Shift: Day and night shifts available. 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 work schedule. Shifts are 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am
Compensation: $26.00-34.00/hour)
What You Will Do:
- Perform facility maintenance on all internal and external equipment, as required.
- Perform troubleshooting on equipment and perform all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and welding needed to get machine up and running safely and efficiently.
- Perform roll changes on extrusion equipment.
Education and Work Experience
- 2+ years of technical training (5+ years of plant maintenance, mechanics, electrical and/or installation experience may substitute for technical educational requirement.)
- Must be able to operate forklift
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, assembly drawings, detailed drawings, and technical drawings such as orthographic and isometric; ability to read and understand schematics, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulics.
- Good math and communication skills
