Project Manager - Substation Construction
Location: Durham, North Carolina

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead substation construction projects. This is an on-site position with travel around North Carolina and it's surrounding states.
You will manage all aspects of the project, including safety, quality, productivity, and profitability, while building a strong team and driving innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and developing client relations, project supervision, scheduling, budgeting, and handling change orders.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in heavy or utility construction
- Prior substation project experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, and safety
- Regional travel required
