Our client is searching for experienced Automation Engineers with a strong background in AC servo, Variable Frequency Drives, and stepper systems. This exciting role allows you to work fully remote from your home office, providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers without ever traveling!

What you’ll do:
- Troubleshoot customer issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Re-create customer problems using real equipment to provide the best solutions.
- Continue learning with regular training sessions and stay updated on new products.
- Contribute to product documentation and knowledge sharing.
What our client is looking for:
- Technical degree with 5+ years of Automation experience OR 8+ years industry experience.
- Expertise in AC servo, VFDs, and stepper systems.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, industrial networking (DeviceNet, Profibus), and Ethernet setups preferred.
