Responsibilities:
As the Group Head of Projects and Construction, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the construction, engineering, and development teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Overseeing the feasibility assessment and design process for new developments and renovations.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to align project objectives with business goals.
- Implementing best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
- Managing budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve project milestones and targets.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in project management and construction within the hospitality industry, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards shared objectives.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is highly desirable.
