Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to assist with a software upgrade project on Keurig machines in a large warehouse environment. This role involves handling machines carefully, performing technical updates, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unbox Keurig Machines: Safely remove machines from packaging without damaging them. Machines must remain in their original plastic wrap until instructed otherwise.
- Perform Software Updates: Complete the software upgrade process, which includes:
- Flipping machines over to access the port with a lid that needs to be pried off.
- Connecting laptops with circuit boxes and cords for the update.
- Maintain Workflow: Complete upgrades efficiently, aiming for approximately 5 minutes per machine.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety guidelines, including maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Work Environment:
- Physical Requirements: Comfortable standing for the entire shift and able to lift and move machines as necessary.
- Temperature Conditions: Be prepared to work in a warm warehouse environment with no air conditioning.
- Breaks: One 30-minute break from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
Additional Guidelines:
- Communication Policy: No personal phones or headphones are allowed on the warehouse floor to ensure focus and safety.
