Our client, a leading portfolio of beauty/personal care brands, is looking for a Growth Manager to lead social commerce and join their team!
They are looking for a dynamic and highly driven TikTok Shop Growth Manager to take their TikTok presence to the next level.

- An innovative, strategic thinker with a passion for social commerce and are excited to be at the forefront of emerging digital trends.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase affiliate partnerships.
- Curate and oversee partnerships with creators to produce high-converting content. Manage ongoing affiliate UGC (user-generated content) and a roster of TikTok Live creators.
- TikTok Advertising & Growth: Lead TikTok advertising campaigns with hands-on experience using GMV Max and creative library management.
- Shop Management & Merchandising: Optimize the TikTok Shop storefront, including product listings, promotions, merchandising, and inventory planning to maximize sales opportunities.
- Trend Analysis & Adaptation
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Must Haves:
- 3+ years in DTC growth, eCommerce, social commerce, or a related field.
- Influencer & Paid Social Expertise: Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media strategies, and TikTok advertising.
