You will manage web-hosted applications, use JIRA for ticketing, and work with JBoss middleware to ensure seamless operations and integration.

Key Responsibilities for the Cloud Applications Manager
- Responsible for building, converting, validating, and renewing SSL certificates across all technologies and environments.
- Manage middleware patching and setup Disaster Recovery (DR) environments, troubleshooting as needed.
- Deploy .war and .ear files in standalone and clustered JBoss Application Servers.
- Create and modify deployment and monitoring scripts.
- Generate and manage heap and thread dumps.
- Support deployments, change management, JVM configuration, and troubleshooting for multiple applications.
- Resolve production issues related to threads, memory, and CPU performance.
- Configure database connection pools, data sources, and JDBC in JBoss.
- Handle middleware server fix pack upgrades for vulnerability mitigation.
- Utilize Jira for IT incident management, service requests, and change implementation.
Preferred Experience for the Cloud Applications Manager:
- Minimum of 5 years managing cloud applications, with extensive experience in application installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Proven experience with network monitoring tools, LAN/WAN protocols, telecommunications equipment, and JBoss middleware.
