Caliber Homes is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. Job Summary: As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will act as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
· Daily management and supervision of construction sites
· Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and company policies
· Create, manage, and ensure compliance with construction schedule
· Communicate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
· Read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and job paperwork
· Understand and implement scopes of work with subcontractors
· Daily problem solving on each construction site
· Schedule subcontractors, vendors and inspectors to ensure timely completion of necessary job-site requirements
· Performs quality control duties and responsibilities for the work being performed
· Maintains a safe work site by implementing good housekeeping and safety regulations
· Maintains up to date knowledge of required building codes
· Ensures compliance with SWPPP and erosion control best practices
· Delivers 100% complete and defect free homes
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Excellent customer service and time management skills

· Drive for excellence in customer satisfaction
· Proficient with MS Office Suite and laptop or iPad
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience managing daily production scheduling
· Thorough understanding of the home building process
· High school Diploma or equivalent required
· Some college preferred
· Construction Science degree in lieu of experience will be considered

Pay: $65k-$85k/year, Plus Bonuses
