Job Summary
The role of Field HR is dynamic and crucial to our business. Field HR is responsible for overseeing multiple locations within a given geographic region. The main job duty is to ensure that the HR policies and procedures, including employee management, are carried out properly.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Identifying the current as well as the future hiring needs of our company.
- Recruit and train personnel.
- Assist in on-boarding new employees.Ensuring our HR processes adhere to all legal standards.
- Ensure employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation are accurately managed.
- Supporting managers and staff on daily issues.
- Leadership development, performance management, and fostering a positive organizational culture is a daily compass.
- Be able to communicate with team members and company managers.
- Be willing to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be willing to work in all environmental conditions that exist in food processing plants (hot, cold, loud, and wet).
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and represent the company in a professional manner to our customers, prospective customers, managers, and employees.
- Be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including management, supervisory and entry-level hourly employees.
- Must be dependable, competent, and willing to follow up on assigned tasks.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bi-lingual - Spanish
- Sound knowledge of all HR processes
- Sound knowledge of all labor laws
- Experience with payroll systems as well as payroll databases
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills

Experience:
- 5+ prior years’ experience working in human resources
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
