Join our team and play a vital role in supporting the Controller Travel group (CNTL-TRVL) by providing exceptional customer service and efficient relocation assistance. Your contributions will directly impact the seamless coordination of employee relocations and ensure a positive experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Project Controls System
• Perform cost estimating, analysis, and control activities
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules
• Support project organizational and administrative activities
• Supervise and provide technical direction for:
- Cost engineering activities
- Planning/scheduling activities
• Ensure work completion according to schedule
• Identify trends for management attention
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Planning and scheduling functions
- Schedule development, control, and analysis
- Cost engineering, estimating, and analysis
- Supervision and personnel administration
- Training of technical and non-technical staff
- Strong oral and written communication
- Proficiency in:
- Personal computer operating systems
- Basic software applications
- Multiple discipline-specific software applications
- Engineering and construction management knowledge
Desired Skills
- Expert-level knowledge within the organization
- Ability to develop new theories and methods
- Creative problem-solving skills for complex issues
- Strong analytical capabilities for in-depth evaluation
